You are a student in Strasbourg, France. You have a friend from the US who will visit France next week. You have to write to him to explain how he should take the train from Paris to Strasbourg to visit you.

Note: From Paris, he should take the train at the “Gare de l’Est.” The TGV (high speed train) takes three hours, while the normal train takes almost five hours. Inform him of these two options and let him make his choice.
