driving very fast.)
Tu m’as dit: “Je suis allé au cinéma hier.” (You said to me: “I went to the cinema yesterday.”)
➝ Tu m’as dit que tu étais allé au cinéma hier. (You said to me that you went to the cinema yesterday.)
